This booklet is for women who have breast pain, which is also known as mastalgia. It explains the differences between cyclical and non-cyclical breast pain and the ways in which breast pain is treated. There is also a breast pain chart, which you can complete to monitor your pain and take along to your local doctor (GP) or nurse.
