Breast mates is designed to help teachers, school nurses and other health professionals run an information session on breast health and bras for girls aged 11 to 16.

This CD-ROM pack contains PDF files of the Breast mates workbook and five posters. The Breast mates workbook contains sections encouraging body confidence, explaining how breasts develop, what’s normal and how to find the right bra.

Each section gives you background information and suggests activities to get the information across. The posters represent the topics covered in the workbook.

This pack contains 25 pocket-sized Breast mates leaflets. If you need to order more leaflets, you can order further packs of 25 (up to a maximum of 5 packs).
